Today, I got the confirmation that the kit (without the battery pack) has been shipped.
However, it seems I'll have to wait some more days to get the battery pack. This is their explanation: "because this month we have a lot of battery order,so the battery need waite some days send to you".

Not yet. There are 2 parcels. The kit seems to be in Spain (Customs), so I should receive it this week. The battery has left Shanghai today.

Did you get it yet Xavi? i got a paypal msg saying it was sent , with a tracking number that doesnt work yet and, i've emailed asking when the battery will be shipped but no reply yet.

ReplyDeleteWe received the kit tracking number (EMS) by email (directly from him), and the battery pack tracking number from PayPal (this one took about 4 days before working).
He always replied to my emails.
I'm sure you'll get everything in about 15 days.
By the way, where are you located?
As you can see in the posts, everything was in good condition, except for the wheel gears/bearings...
I'm from ireland. were the gears damages in transit or manufacturing error? also if you can post the size of the battery, i was thanking a moped helmet box to hold it but not to sure now.
ReplyDeleteIn the gears, there wasn't any sign of damage during the transit. It was probably a manufacturing problem.
ReplyDeleteThe battery pack (48V 20AH) is 31 x 14 x 18 (cm), but take into account that there are also some connectors, wires and BMS (18 x 7 x 1 cm) attached to the battery pack.
